Grants up to $500 are available to all schools (preschool through to senior secondary) in Australia to help them conduct science activities/events during National Science Week.   Applications close 14 May 2012.

This topic will relate to the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All. ‘This year will aim to increase awareness of the importance of addressing energy issues, includingmodern energy services for all, access to affordable energy, energy efficiency and the sustainability of energy sources and use, sustainable development and the protection of the global climate, and to promote action at the local, national, regional and international levels.’
